Olicana’s dedicated New Product Development Team uses BLM VPG Next CAD/CAM software to simulate formed bent products at design stage to check feasibility.
Prior to full production, we can provide a robust sampling service consisting of 3D modelling and bespoke handmade samples.
Sampling helps verify products, ensuring designs meet all functional and dimensional specifications before the product moves to production, giving our customers complete confidence in the final result.
In-house, Custom Tooling
We design and manufacture custom tooling and jigs in-house for made-to-measure tooling, tailored to suit development and full-scale production runs.
