VGPNext Tube Bending CAD/CAM | BLM GROUP
Working on all-electric CNC bending machines, Olicana’s advanced technology allows for left and right hand bending with fixed and variable bend radii.
We are equipped with BLM VPG Next CAD/CAM programming which allows simulation direct from model import.
We maintain uncompromising accuracy even on tight radius bends and thin wall bends, ensuring strict adherence to model specifications.
Our extensive capacity caters to a wide range of material dimensions and profiles:

Multiple Advanced Bending Techniques

Mandrel Bending: Utilising a rotary draw bending technique, our mandrel tube bending minimises the risk of tube collapse while bending. This method is suitable for thin-walled bends.
Twin Head Tube Bending: Twin head bending enables us to form bends simultaneously on each end of the tube, increasing efficiency and making symmetrical bends achievable.
Multi-Head Bending: Our multi-head machine allows for complex or multiple bends, as well as symmetrical bends, to be formed.
